Meredith Wilkinson Co-CEO
Meredith Wilkinson is the founder of Music Royalty Lending. She is an attorney by trade but a music lover by heart. Her passion is music and has worked to maintain rights for artists and support artists to bridge their creative product to the world. Throughout her career she has brokered numerous deals on behalf of her clients, working with such well known entities as Bebe, BCBG, Gibson, DW and Whole Foods. She has a BA from Westmont, Santa Barbara, and Juris Doctor and a Legal Masters from Golden Gate University, in San Francisco.
Don Skotty, Co-CEO
Don Skotty is an independent energy consultant, oil and gas revenue auditor and former Certified Public Accountant. He was previously a Senior Audit Manager in the Houston office of Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young), where he became an expert in oil and gas royalty auditing and verification. Later he formed Skotty Consulting Group to provide revenue auditing and verification services to a wide range of oil and gas royalty owners – ranging from state governments, Indian tribes and private holders. For the past five years he has run Royalty Lending Financial Services, a company he founded, that makes private equity loans secured by producing oil and gas royalties in Texas, and other states.. Don is a graduate of Tulane University (BA) and National University (MBA, Accounting emphasis). He is also a retired Captain, United States Naval Reserve.
Howard Klemmer, Investor Relations
Past 30 years as an Interim Executive, Turnaround Specialist and Company Start-up Consultant. Most recently he started Phoenix Capital Management to manage absolute return, open ended special auto finance funds. As the Managing Director of Phoenix Capital Management, he turned around and managed a $700 million Specialized Auto Loan Lending Hedge Fund through redemption and liquidation process. Has managed investor relations for Royalty Lending Financial Services since 2013.
Bob Chiappardi, New Business and Marketing Consultant
Bob Chiappardi is a seasoned and well respected entertainment industry businessman. His company Concrete Marketing has been serving the industry’s marketing, promotional, informational, and production needs for the past 30 years, working on campaigns for artists which include Guns N Roses, Bruce Springsteen, Adele, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Ozzy Osbourne, Taylor Swift, Jimmy Buffett, and Bob Dylan. Concrete’s corporate clientele has, and does, include companies like Sony, Warner Bros, Mattel, Playboy, Showtime, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), and CBS-TV, FOX Television.
